Founded by Speech-Language Pathologist, Robin Seccafico, Dynamic is a New York State Department of Health (DOH) approved Early Intervention (EI), Preschool & School-Age service provider, serving families in the New York City boroughs, Orange, Rockland, Ulster & Dutchess County.

DYNAMIC contracts with NYC DOH & Mental Hygiene as well as Orange, Rockland, Dutchess & Ulster County DOH to provide the following EI services:
